Feature Friday: Jhane Joiner

Jhane graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Literature, Media, and Communication. She is the founder of The Joiner Foundation, Incorporated, a non profit that aims to help as many people as humanly possible. She is the author of her upcoming book, “Compositions: Sinking, Floating, Sailing,” which will be available on Amazon on August 15th. She enjoys spending time with family, helping people, and writing both songs and lyrics.

Jhane’s Prompt

Write a story or poem about a time where you got hurt, be it a heartbreak, or falling off a bike, or not being as gentle with yourself as you could have been.
